The "Power" of the Holy Spirit in the OT and the NT

*****NOTE WELL!!! The POWER of the Holy Spirit (the ability to speak in tongues, the ability to perform certain miracles) is not the same as receiving the Holy Spirit into our hearts, after baptism. Or when Jesus Directly Breathes on you. (John 20:22)
Galatians 3:26-28; Gal. 4:6-7
